HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Choose the item you wish to purchase, select it, and click buy. You are redirected to the shopping cart page.

If you'd like to add more items to the cart, click continue shopping; once the cart matches what you want to buy, click checkout.In the next step, you need to provide your shipping details (we advise you to make sure the address, valid email, and contact number are entered correctly).

Once you're happy with your order, simply finalize it.

You will then receive an order confirmation email with the information needed to process your order.

Once payment is confirmed, all you have to do is wait for the order to be delivered to the address provided.

CAN I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?

Yes, you can choose a yarn and a pattern and we'll make a unique shawl to your liking — just get in touch with us via our email: info@miss-xai.com

ARE THE SHAWL COLOURS EXACTLY AS I SEE THEM?

They may not be — the colour you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer displays colours accurately.

HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT?

• Stripe: Accepted credit cards include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, among others.

• Bank Transfer: Payment can be made to IBAN PT50002300004578751246894, and once confirmed, the order will be shipped.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO MAKE THE PAYMENT?

Once you place an order, you have up to 24 hours to make the payment; after that time, the order is cancelled.

HOW IS MY ORDER DELIVERED?

Orders are shipped through a courier service and delivered in person. The invoice will be sent to the e-mail associated with the Miss Xai account. Deliveries are made on business days, between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, to the address provided in the order. If no one is home, the courier leaves a delivery attempt slip with information for the customer to contact them and schedule delivery.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Miss Xai is not responsible for any customs charges or other fees not directly attributable to it.

WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?

Shipping is free for Mainland Portugal, the Azores, Madeira, and Europe Zone 1. To see the shipping cost table and estimated delivery times, you can check the CTT website.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Delivery time is between 2 to 14 business days, counted from the moment the order is shipped. Delivery times are indicative and are therefore considered valid when there are no physical or structural obstacles (for example: incorrect addresses or force majeure setbacks). If the order is not received within the indicated timeframe, an investigation will be carried out with the courier, which may take a few days. Miss Xai is not responsible for delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as delays due to bad weather, natural disasters, or strikes.

During the Christmas season, an earlier deadline is announced to ensure your order arrives before December 25th.

CAN I RETURN ITEMS?

Yes, if you've made an online purchase and are not satisfied — whether for aesthetic reasons or due to size — you can return the item(s) within 14 days, to the address: Rua Quinta dos Cavalos nº8, 2640-416 Mafra, Portugal.

Once the items are received, your case will be handled promptly; the estimated resolution time may take up to 10 business days. Miss Xai guarantees a full refund via the same payment method used, provided that all items are returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. This means the items must not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn (other than trying the item on) and all tags must be intact.

Note: For online exchanges, the cost of shipping is your responsibility, and you must package the items to be exchanged in the same condition in which they were delivered to you.
